11. Technical Drawings & CAD Files Confidentiality (NDA)
We understand that technical drawings and design files are your core intellectual property. We have established strict confidentiality measures to ensure your technical materials receive enterprise-grade security protection:
11.1 File Storage & Encryption
- All uploaded CAD files (DWG, DXF, STEP, IGS, etc.) are stored with AES-256 bit encryption
- File servers are located in ISO 27001 certified data centers with 24/7 physical security monitoring
- Regular data backups and disaster recovery drills ensure data integrity and recoverability
11.2 Access Control
- Only the engineering team directly responsible for your project (typically 2-3 people) can access your technical files
- All access activities are logged in audit trails, including accessor identity, time, and operation type
- Engineers must sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and receive regular information security training
11.3 Usage Restrictions
- Technical files are used solely for providing engineering quotations, fixture design, and manufacturing services
- We will never use your designs for other clients, exhibitions, or marketing purposes without your explicit written authorization
- Unauthorized transfer of your technical materials to external parties is prohibited (unless explicitly authorized by you)
11.4 File Retention Period
Quotation Phase: If no cooperation is reached, technical files will be automatically deleted after the quotation validity period (typically 30 days). Manufacturing Phase: After project completion, files are retained for 2 years by default to support after-sales service and technical traceability, then securely destroyed. You may request early deletion of all technical materials at any time.
11.5 Secure Disposal Process
When disposing of files, we employ data erasure technology compliant with US DoD 5220.22-M standards, ensuring files cannot be recovered by any technical means.
12. Public Case Studies & Technical Drawings Authorization
All customer case studies and technical drawings displayed on our official website, technical blog, and marketing materials follow strict authorization management procedures and intellectual property protection principles.
12.1 Customer Authorization Mechanism
We only publicly display technical drawings, process flows, CAD models, and other content related to customer projects after obtaining explicit written authorization. The authorization agreement clearly specifies the scope of display, usage period, and permitted purposes (such as technical exchange, educational demonstrations, and engineering capability showcasing). Unauthorized project materials are never disclosed publicly.
12.2 Technical Drawing Desensitization
- Remove customer-specific identifiers, company logos, project codes, and other identifying information
- Hide or blur critical dimensions, patented features, and core process parameters
- Display only general technical principles to avoid revealing customer trade secrets
12.3 Copyright Attribution and Sharing
Original part design copyrights belong to customers; copyrights for our independently developed fixture designs and process solutions belong to our company; copyrights for authorized derivative documents (such as simplified drawings and process descriptions) are shared by both parties. All displayed content is protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant international conventions.
12.4 Third-Party Usage Restrictions
Website visitors are allowed to browse case content for learning, research, and technical exchange purposes, but are strictly prohibited from unauthorized commercial reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or use in actual production. If you need to cite case content for academic papers or technical reports, please cite the source and contact us for authorization. Any infringement will be prosecuted according to law.
